REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL
The City of Fairview Heights, IL is accepting Request for Proposals, (RFP) for "Franchise Agreement Audit(S), Cable & Electric Franchise Fees." The RFP packet can be viewed on the Finance page at www.cofh.org or may be picked up from the City Clerk's Office. Reponses must be returned in a sealed envelope and marked "Franchise Audits(s), Cable & Electric Franchise Fees" on the front, addressed to: Mark T. Kupsky, City Clerk, 10025 Bunkum Road, Fairview Heights, IL 62208. All proposals must be received by 5:00 P.M. on Friday, June 14, 2013. The City reserves the right to reject any or all proposals and to waive an irregularities in the proposal procedure. Proposals will be opened on Monday, June 17, 2013 at 10:00 A.M.
