Representing Ward 4 in Fairview Heights, Carol Warner is a sociologist on the Behavioral and Social Science faculty of Webster University. A native of the city of New York, she has lived in many places around the world, but settled in Fairview Heights twenty years ago with her family.
Carol is a widow and has two grown children, one of whom lives in the area. She has actively worked on a variety of volunteer projects throughout her life, the most memorable of which was directing the Midwest Salute to the Masters festival of fine art during its 6th through 11th years.
